Stephen has successfully repaired lots of electrical and electronic equipment over the years, beginning with televisions and radios when he was in his teens. In recent years, he has repaired several amplifiers from various manufacturers, flatscreen TVs, computers etc. although he chooses to focus on audio amplifiers.
Generally, he will need the manufacturer, part number and serial number and schematic. Fill out a Service Request or contact us through the Contact page.
If it is determined that a repair is needed, a work order will be generated through Squared Up Audio and a shipping label with instructions on shipping the device to Squared Up Audio for repair will be sent via email.
The repair will be completed as soon as possible and an invoice will be generated by Squared Up Audio. Invoices will include links to pay by credit card, debit card, Zelle or mail-in check. Once the invoice is paid in full, the device will be shipped back in the same manner as it was received.
