NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS
(Including non-Hilton equipment)
Please reach out to Stephen Chauvin via our Contacts page or Service Request page before sending an amplifier in for repair.
(Walking through diagnostics may indicate that the problem is NOT in the customer’s equipment.)
If it is determined that a repair is needed, a work order will be generated through Squared Up Audio. You may ship the item yourself, or a shipping label with instructions on shipping the item(s) to Squared Up Audio for repair can be sent via email.
The repair will be completed as soon as possible and an invoice will be generated by Squared Up Audio. Invoices will include links for online payment or mail-in check. Once the invoice is paid in full, the device will be shipped back in the same manner as it was received.
